que es:<\/p><ul><li>Partida de nacimiento<\/li><li>Partida defunci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Partida de matrimonio<\/li><\/ul><p>Se inicia el juicio para obtener sentencia de declaratoria de herederos que la<\/p><p>dicta el juez. Durante el proceso se van a realizar determinados tramites como:<\/p><ul><li>Formulario 3003<\/li><li>Publicaci\u00f3n en el bolet\u00edn oficial<\/li><li>Oficio al colegio de abogados y de escribanos<\/li><\/ul><p>Al obtener la sentencia, los herederos podr\u00e1n decidir adjudicarse los bienes o inscribirlos a \u00a0\u00a0nombres de estos.
